Timberly's Story
Timberly Galloway is a Yoga Instructor in the Ozark area. Her practice consists of a powerful, yet simple creative flow that is welcoming to all levels, body types, and ages. Plan to sweat, laugh, and just be in the moment when you come to her class.

Timberly’s decision to teach yoga came after her father died and then 16 days later her beloved husband passed away. She began to experience that she could not relax or sleep. Her dear friend, Kim, and her sister, Patricia, talked her into taking a yoga class. After taking her first class, she was amazed at how wonderful, relaxed, and rejuvenated she felt. That night she had no issues going to sleep and for the first time awoke well-rested. It took just one yoga class for her to decide this was her passion and she wanted to share and teach others.

Yoga is for everyone. It doesn’t matter what your body type is, what your personal goals are, or your fitness level. The more common benefits of yoga are increased flexibility, improved strength, and greater peace of mind.

We all have things in our lives that take away our focus from ourselves - families, work, bills, etc. Take an hour out of your day and come flow with Timberly. You deserve it … now just do it!

I began my yoga practice in 2014. The studio and the practice itself brought me joy. It was a place to be myself, make mistakes, stand up, and try again. I craved the movement, breath and silence.

I am determined to help empower others through yoga.  I became 200 hour certified by LIVE LOVE TEACH in 2016.  I have lead classes for children, adults, senior citizens, teens, and the disabled.

The Power Vinyasa I lead is challenging yet, accessible to both beginners and advanced students all ages and body types.  It also delivers yoga's central mindfulness practices.

My favorite pose?  “Down Dog”   Why:  I can go upside down without falling !!!!

I ️ LOVE Beginners!

My interest in yoga comes from a deep passion to fuse together the experience of the mind, body, and breath so the whole person begins a journey of health and healing.

I was introduced to yoga around the age of six through my mother and classes at our neighborhood recreation center. I remember being struck by the peaceful sense of contentment that filled the room.

As a teenager and young adult, I found myself returning to yoga again and again to recapture that feeling. But not until I really needed the clarity that comes from peace and contentment did I begin to show up for yoga.

Through a dedicated practice, education, and pursuit of yoga I have found a pathway to clarity, peace, and purpose. I know the road to healing lies within the body and the mind. As a teacher, I encourage my students to find their own pathways. I encourage exploration of one’s inner landscape to better navigate the landscapes surrounding us.

The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeing new landscapes, but seeing with new eyes. ~ Provst
